This notice covers the public JMC Create Music preview website. Customer accounts, song generation and checkout are not currently available on this website.

Signing in
When Google sign-in is enabled, Google sends the studio a verified account identifier, email address and sign-in claims. We use Google’s stable account identifier to keep each JMC account separate; an email address alone does not join accounts. The studio creates a time-limited browser session. If verified email-link sign-in is enabled later, it will use a one-time link sent through a separately configured email service. That option is currently disabled unless a sender is set up.
Your music and words
If song creation is enabled, we process the description, title, optional lyrics, musical choices and context you submit to create and review a song. Your original wording, including explicit or culturally reclaimed language you choose to provide, is kept as account-owned source material rather than silently rewritten. A review may hold a request that needs more context or reject harmful targeting. Generated audio and the technical details needed to deliver it are associated with your account. Existing JMC team demos are separate from customer songs.
How information is used and shared
Account and song information supports sign-in, private library access, generation when enabled, security checks, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service operations. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A private account and song service is in development, but it is not operating on this public website. Private customer audio storage is not currently offered to visitors. Google handles its own sign-in process under its policies. A future email sender, review service or compute provider would process the information needed for that task only after it is configured and described here. The current customer site does not offer payments.
Security, retention and requests
The studio is designed with account-scoped access, secure session cookies and private media routes. No online system can promise perfect security. The public website does not currently offer customer accounts or song storage. Our hosting provider may process basic technical request information, and messages sent to support may be retained to respond and maintain records. We do not promise a specific deletion period for such records. We will publish updated retention, deletion and analytics practices before opening customer account or music generation features. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact info@circuit-12.com. We will need to verify account ownership and confirm which actions are technically available before making a change.
