JMC Create Music

JMC Create Music

Terms of service

These terms apply to the JMC Create Music informational preview website. Customer accounts, song generation, purchases and subscriptions are not currently available.

This website is a pre-release preview, not an active paid music-generation service. Questions can be sent to info@circuit-12.com.

Future accounts and creative material

Use an account you control and keep your sign-in access private. You are responsible for descriptions, lyrics and other material you submit. You may use your own expressive language, including contextual reclaimed words; JMC does not silently rewrite your original text. Do not submit another person’s private information, stolen lyrics, impersonation, credible threats, targeted harassment, sexual exploitation or material you lack permission to use. Requests that need context may be held for review; harmful requests may be declined.

Generated music

When creation is enabled, the system may produce audio from your instructions, but output quality, exact lyrics and availability can vary. The current public preview does not promise a finished customer song. An existing team demo is labeled separately. Do not rely on a generated track as proof of copyright ownership, clearance of third-party material, exclusivity or permission for a particular commercial use. Separate customer rights and licensing terms will be published before any paid music-generation launch.

Availability and changes

Features can be unavailable during setup, maintenance or safety review. Failed requests should be reported without changing your original words. We may pause creation to protect the service and its users. If we later add paid plans, prices, credits, refunds and subscription rules will be published before a customer can purchase them; there is no active customer checkout in this pre-release studio.

Support and account requests

For an account or content request, write to info@circuit-12.com. We will verify ownership and describe what can be done with the then-current service. A deletion request is not a promise that every copy or backup is automatically erased; account retention and deletion procedures will be communicated before customer account features launch.
